Turbocharge Your Productivity with the Eisenhower Matrix

President Dwight Eisenhower was famous for his productivity, and he attributed it to his time management approach. He developed a deceptively simple matrix to facilitate decisions, which I’ve found really helpful.  It plots the degree of importance of an item as well as how urgent it is.  Once you determine which quadrant an item falls into, it’s easier to make decisions about how to handle it.
